1. Acceptance
By creating an Amnen Pay account or using our APIs, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility & KYC
Some features require identity verification. You must provide accurate information and keep your security PIN and devices secure. We may suspend accounts that fail compliance checks.
3. Payments & balances
Wallet balances, fees, FX, and withdrawal codes are shown in-product before you confirm. Once a payment is submitted and authorised, reversing it may not be possible except under our dispute process.
4. Prohibited use
You may not use Amnen Pay for illegal activity, fraud, sanctioned parties, or attempts to bypass security, rate limits, or tenant isolation controls.
5. Liability
The platform is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect recipient details you enter, third-party rail outages outside our control, or force majeure.
